• Copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent
• Use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access YouChooseMe.com and collect content for any purpose without our written permission
• Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses without their consent
• Copy, modify or distribute rights or content from the YouChooseMe.com website, including copyrights and trademarks
• Bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to YouChooseMe.com
• Infringe the copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties

Refund Policy

• You have the right to pause or unsubscribe from your membership with YouChooseMe.com however no partial refunds will be given for unused portions of your subscription term, for membership upgrades or downgrades, or for any other reason once it has been processed.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. To unsubscribe your membership go to Account Settings
• If your membership is cancelled due to a breach of our terms or policies, no refund will be given.
• You may downgrade your subscription at any time but no refund will be given.
• If you decide to downgrade your membership mid-way through a current subscription, this will take effect on your next subscription payment. You may continue to use the benefits of your current membership until your subscription renews at the downgraded rate.
• If you decide to upgrade your membership part-way through a current subscription, you will be billed from that date accordingly for the required term.
• Your upgrade will start immediately.
   

Indemnification

• You indemnify and hold us, our Related Bodies Corporate, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand (including legal fees) made or incurred by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your breach of any law or of the rights of a third party relating to your use of our Services.

• You unconditionally and irrevocably indemnify us for all costs, claims, expenses, suits or demands whatsoever and howsoever we incur arising from Chargebacks, Reversals or refunds raised with respect to your membership and effected in accordance with this Agreement.

• You hold us, our Related Bodies Corporate, officers, directors and employees harmless from any losses or other damage whatsoever incurred as a direct or indirect consequence of access of your information. You also indemnify us for any harm that arises as a direct or indirect consequence of unauthorised users accessing your account as a result of your negligence.

• You indemnify us for any product we use in our website that may not function or be compatible with the device you are using that is beyond our control.
